I talked some so anonymous folks inside the GC headquarters and I heard they are talking about an open weight grand prix (like pride). What do you all think about that? If it did happen...wouldt it take gc to the top?

I would love to see it, but they have had a bad run with tourneys. The Heavyweight tourney a while back had tons of people pull out. If they paid out some money it could be awesome. Uriah and Jara, make it happen.

Nothing like that would be allowed in CA. Maybe on Indianan Reservation.

Come on James the Fans want to see you and Warpath.

If they did it at Soboba it could be a great show, but I know how the thinking is. Why spend a ton of money on a show you are going to sell out regardless. Put on an awesome tourney and spend triple the amount in purses, or spend peanuts with the same tickets sales. Smart business move wins out everytime at the expense of the fan.
