Ryan has improved alot in his jiu jitsu and has learned from his mistake. Also, his boxing is much better than Pat's. If you really think you could do better, maybe you should fight then.

Cam's right, success does breed enemies, so Im just gonna keep losing lol. But really, I have only met Ford a handful of times and have watched him fight twice. On a business and personal level Ford is a great guy, as a fighter he works hard and commits 100% to his craft which entitles him to as much respect as anyone else. So quick to judge are those who stand outside, who claim the unverifiable and scoff at those who try. I wont turn this into a, "If you're so tough, why arent you in the cage?" But until youve been under the gun like that I feel its hard for you to judge or point out flaws. If your comments are for critiquing or disecting one's talent leave the personal shit out of it . . . Any fighter that has been in the cage has proven they are more than just your average joe, whether they got beat down 30 seconds in or threw down for 25 minutes. I hope i didnt ramble too much!

First i would like to say that ryan ford is the hardest working fighter i know Hands down. he is a athletic guy but he is the athlete he is because of his own hard work and grit ,mind set and determination!
