Aside from there only being five fights on the this card...I gotta say that Lino is a class act guy and put on a great show. He was very welcoming to me and my crew and was awesome to all in attendance and to the fighters.

Lino! We tried waiting around for you after the show only to get kicked out by security for waiting around so long. We went to the after party waiting for you as well but didn't see you! Call me bro!

ian said he made the weight when we checked him he weighed 299-301 with a sweater on and a pair of shorts then he was complaining that he was hemoraging internally?i told him it was up to him to wait 1 hr and 1/2 till the officail weigh in to get on the scale or risk something medically bad happening?i made the call to get him immediatlt rehydrated sorry about that but i did pay for his hotel room till saturday and curtis demarce to i am sorry guys ian is a soldier no excuses but when i see my friends go threw the weight cutting prosise and be ing part of it i know it is very dangerous it could even be fatal so my bad.

I'm not sure what sparks so much controversy over new promotions coming up. Whenever there is talk or mention of another show this forum quickly divides over personal and professional....lovers and haters. I just don't get it.

If people think Lino and his promotion is a joke...THEN DON'T SUPPORT HIS SHOW.

Obviously he had a full house of people at his show that thought differently. I haven't seen anyone on here going off how it was a "waste of their money" or "the show was a joke". These are all statements by people who NEVER SHOWED.

Instead of hating every organization or person who tries to put on a show...try supporting your local MMA scene. The personal attacks, comments and uninformed opinions are what's the joke. I've been around this MMA game for a long time and I thought Lino did a great job with what he had. He managed to put on a good show even though he had five fights...

I drove up from Calgary thinking five fights was a waste of time and it would suck but after a 45 minute delay and five fights of which only one made it out of round 1, it was a great night out. Alot better then i thought it would be. I see Lino on here and he comes across as a little unprofessional but see him hours before the fight running around trying to make sure everything runs as smooth as possible and you gain some respect for him. The guy seems to be trying hard, taking care of his friends that fight in his gym and at least breaking even doing it(it was odd to see the promoter cornering fighters and shouting out direction against other fighters he is also paying, seemed like a conflict of interest).

KOTC is not the only show around , I've heard nothing but good thing's about Lino's show , being someone hoping to make my pro debut with in a year ,I support mma PERIOD.
