I am finally going in for ACL reconstruction on Wednesday. Damn it has been hard being stuck on the outside of the cage for the last year.

It will be another year until I return to fighting, due to rehab.

My advice is to take care of your damn knees! Two years gone "poof". I never thought it would happen to me.
