Ryan Ford's late elbows! Spratt mad!

Here is the video of last nights fight between Pete Spratt and Ryan Ford at MFC 15.
I'm just curious as to what everyone's take is on the late elbows.

Not to mention Spratt was pummeling Ryan, then Ryan ducks under the ropes to get a stand up.
Oh, and the point deduction for holding Spratt's shorts 4 times.
Anyone feel Herb Dean should have restarted the fight in the middle of the ring with Spratt on top?

really dont think he heard the bell im sure ryan would have not done that had he heard? frankly im surprissed that herb dean didnt seperate them once the bell had rang?
