If your not gonna update the info then dont post it or put a disclaimer in big block showing its old info...cuz not everyone reads small print and knows its old .. also who wants old info anyways... Its like watching re-runs...

you want fresh faces to read and join in on threads you have to post updated info or the peeps will go elsewhere to find the current info...

REX RICHARDS WILL TAKE ANYONE OF THE HEAVYS

Rex Richards, the former NFL and Arena League pro football player is somewhat of an anomoly in MMA. He has brought with him the aggressiveness and skill that made him an All-Big 12 Offensive Lineman and All Sports Illustrated team member in his years at Texas Tech. Now has become one of the very few cross-over athletes in MMA to have a successful career...and it is just beginning!

Rex's 6'5 300 lb frame was tailor made for contact sports. He brings with him, size, strength, explosiveness, and agility to a division that is lacking in exciting fighters. Never one to want to disappoint fans with a boring fight, Richards has never gone into the second round of any fight.

This is attributed to Rex combining his athletic "big-man" physique with a Brown belt in BJJ earned under Klay Pittman out of Lubbock, TX. He has also been training with Brad Barnes at West Texas MMA in Midland, TX. All the while traveling back and forth to spend time with his wife Jenifer and newborn daughter Riley Kai Richards.

His 5 pro wins all come in a TOTAL time of 6 min and 34 sec. Richards' lone loss came at the hands of UFC fighter Shane Carwin at Art of War 4.

IF ANYONE WANTS A FIGHT WITH A BIG GUY WHO IS EXCITING, THEN COUNT ME IN...REX JUST WANTS TO COMPETE WITH AS MANY OF THE BEST GUYS AS WE CAN FIND. HOPEFULLY KOTC OR GC CAN MAKE THAT HAPPEN.

Rex was fighting for Strikeforce out of San Jose. I heard he was contracted for 6 fights with them. Has his association/contract with Strikeforce ended?
