Does anyone know how large the world market in MMA is in dollars?

I'm writing a paper that compares MMA to Boxing and would like to determine the total market size for the MMA market.

All I'm trying to figure out is how much is spent on MMA in total. That means total income for the industry.

To give you an example -

Live show income
Merchandise income
PPV income
Television income
all of this industry information added together gives us the
TOTAL income


The biggest challenges in obtaining this is that most MMA companies are private companies and do not publish costs or profits. The only numbers that are easy to get are the ones that show how much fighters are paid due to the athletic commissions.
